Tomorrow’s forecast calls for partial sun and tempertures in the high 60s: perfect weather for Radio 92.9-FM’s Earth Day celebration. Sacramento, Calif.’s Cake headlines with its patented horn-and-vibraslap sound, off-kilter humor and oddball cover choices.
